How to add an Accountant to Gusto

Several of our clients use Gusto, so here's a quick guide on how to add our team to your Gusto account.
  1. Log in to Gusto as the primary administrator
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click the Permissions tab
  4. In the Gusto Admins card, click Add or edit admins
  5. Click Add new admin
  6. Select Not an employee for employment status
  7. Select Accountant from the drop-down menu under "Who are they?"
  8. Select the best option under "What will they help you with?" - Accounting/Bookkeeping
  9. Enter Accountable Numbers as the accountant's name (First Name: Accountable Last Name: Numbers) and email address [COMPANYNAME]@accountablenumbers.com
  10. .Please use the custom email alias provided by Accountable Numbers
  11. Select the level of access you want to give them
  12. Click Add Admin
