Navigating the Client Portal Mobile App
The Accountable Numbers' Client Portal is available as a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. The app provides the same functionality as the web version, allowing you to perform all tasks seamlessly from your mobile device. You can quickly answer questions and upload receipts as soon as you receive them.

To View and Respond to Questions:
- On the home page, you will find sections for:
- Transaction Questions
- Non-Transaction Questions
- Questions for Us
- You can also access these sections through the menu at the bottom of the screen. The menu will also display any announcements from us and your financial reports.
- Tap the question to view more details.
- Add your response and click Send.
Uploading a Photo or File:
- Tap the + icon above Resource. Choose to either Take a Photo, Upload Photo, or Upload File.
- Add a description and tap Send.
Viewing Your Files:
- Tap Resource at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Files tab. From here, you can access the files you have uploaded, including bank statements and other documents you have sent to us.
To Ask Questions to Accountable Numbers:
- Tap Questions for Us under Home, or Qs for Us in the bottom menu.
- Alternatively, tap the + icon and choose Ask Us a Question.
- Add a subject, enter your message, upload a file if applicable, and tap Send.
