Email Template to Customers: Introducing Accountable Numbers

Email Template to Customers: Introducing Accountable Numbers

The template below may be used by you to introduce Accountable Numbers to your customers/clients. Please feel free to use this as a starting point and tweak it to fit your business. We recommend sending this to to your customers so that if they receive any correspondence from our team, they will know who we are.

Also, please feel free to include us on your introduction emails by adding service@accountablenumbers.com as a recipient on the email(s).

(Note: When we contact your customers, we always start the email with "Hi, We're Accountable Numbers, we handle the books for [Your Company Name]."  But an initial introduction email is always helpful, too.)
